We usually ship out the order same day or next business day. Unless there is unforseen issues, this is our promise to you.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders will take 3-5 business days to arrive. This will depend on your shipping preferences decided upon checkout. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use DHL for all standard and express services. You will be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
We are an Australian company, we pack and ship orders quick and use express shipping services so no matter where you are in the world, we feel local! We usually pack orders same day or next business day.
If you have moved or relocated, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier and ensure they have your current address in time for them to forward it to your new address. Trident is not responsible for packages that are delivered to the incorrect address if the address given matches the shipping label.
Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

All Raptor orders are double checked and photographed before the order is shipped to insure it is correct. If there is any issue with your order please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation.
If in the rare event you have damaged or faulty items, Raptor offer a warranty guarantee or money back as long as the item has not been used. If the item has been used please let us know. The item will need to be photographed and emailed with the description of fault sent to info@raptorneedles.com
The team will then direct you in how we will rectify the situation. Please do not send any items back before getting approval by the team.
